About
Meet EJ
I (she/her) grew up in Alabama and moved to Nashville over 20 years ago with my husband Chad to begin a new adventure after we both graduated from Auburn University.
I am passionate about helping families through hands-on, nonjudgemental support of pregnancy, labor, and their postpartum period. I have been drawn to this work since my college days, but decided to pursue a degree in Psychology instead. I am a certified birth doula and trained postpartum doula through DONA.
I have an innate ability to serve, coach, empower women and strengthen families. My warm, calming presence has been known to bring light into any room and warmth to many hearts. Being the atmosphere changer I’m known for being, my clients will benefit from my birthing knowledge, adaptability as a team player, and servants-heart. I have used these attributes to serve many people through the years, and will continue to bring a calming presence and coaching abilities within my doula work.
