Emotional Support
Providing compassionate support to help new mothers navigate the emotional ups and downs of the postpartum period.
Household Tasks
Helping with light housework, meal preparation, and other tasks to ease the transition to parenthood.
Breastfeeding Support
Providing guidance on breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and pumping, and connecting you with lactation consultants if needed.
Physical Recovery Assistance
Assisting with physical recovery from childbirth, whether it was a vaginal birth or a cesarean section.
Sibling Care
Assisting with the care of older siblings, allowing new mothers to rest and focus on the newborn.
Parenting Education
Offering evidence-based information on infant care, development, and parenting strategies.
Newborn Care
Offering hands-on help with newborn care tasks, including bathing, diapering, soothing techniques, and sleep routines.
Postpartum Care Planning
Developing care plans to ensure that all aspects of postpartum recovery and newborn care are addressed.
Resource Referrals
Referring you to other healthcare providers and human services, such as pediatricians, mental health professionals, and support groups.
Weekday Postpartum Package
MONDAY - FRIDAY
Hours can be used for Daytime OR Nighttime
Minimum hours per shift: 4 Hours
Infant care includes but not limited to:
Breastfeeding education, support & guidance
Pumping education, support & guidance (if needed)
Formula education, support & guidance including: washing/sterilizing bottles & feeding accessories & feeding your baby so you can rest (if this is your preference)
Routine infant care (diapering, bathing, burping, sleep and calming techniques)

Although my emphasis and passion is being a supportive birth doula, I also offer a finite list of service hours below in hopes to bridge continuity of care. These services are based on availability.
Weekend Postpartum Package

Hours can be used for Daytime OR Nighttime
Minimum hours per shift: 4 Hours
Weekend hours are purchased separately

Assistance w/ organizational nursery set-up

3-7 days of travel support
1- 4 hour packing support
